The Operative Solution Consulting (TOSC) is a business built on relationships.  We believe that all relationships are worthy of our utmost respect, and will therefore conduct our business in a manner that affords the highest respect to all clients, prospects, employees, sub-contractors and suppliers.
Integrity

The primary offering provided to clients by TOSC is wisdom. In order for that wisdom to be accepted by the client, they must have trust in the advisor. We believe that trust is earned by the integrity with which we conduct our business.
Diligence
As much of the work performed by TOSC is billed by the hour, it is critical that the client receive the maximum value for the time being billed. We believe that we must be good examples of the diligence necessary to provide that maximum value.
